the staff was generally helpful and polite.

The room felt cramped. there was hardly any space to move around, and i nearly tripped over my luggage a few times. It was really inconvenient. The television remote was missing. this meant i couldn't change channels or adjust the volume without getting up, and the shower had inconsistent water temperature, fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold.

i found little touches good. the welcome drink i received upon arrival felt special, it was a bubbly taste of italy. fresh flowers adorned the lobby, their fragrance wafted through, bringing such joy. the room had a small balcony, i watched city life unfolding below.

i noticed some street noise, this faded into the background once i settled in, but it's something to consider.

The location was acceptable. It was easy to get to from the station.

the room i had was too small. there was barely any space for luggage, let alone to open it and i was on the first floor and heard everything. people talking and walking made sleep impossible before midnight and again after 7 a.m.
